The rule is, remember the basic principles of why we do references, and don't get bogged down in too much detail. Answer the seven questions, or as many of them as you can, and you won't go far wrong.
If you want to reference something which we haven't looked at here, or need any more help with referencing, you can use Cite them Right. This book gives details on how to reference many types of materials in the Harvard referencing style. The University standard for Harvard referencing is based on this book.
